We're on the corner of 1st Avenue and East 9th Street. From St. Marks Place it's a 3-minute walk, from the Astor Place 6 train 4 minutes, and from Tompkins Square Park 6 minutes.
Regulars stop in after a show at Comedy Cellar, a night at Webster Hall or a drink at McSorley's, and NYU students order from the dorms.
What to Order at 2am
Same 72-hour cold-fermented dough, same Baker's Pride deck oven we use all day.
- A cheese slice ($4.99), or a Margherita or pepperoni slice ($6.89)
- Garlic knots, six for $4.75
- For the table, a whole 18-inch pie from $27.99, or the double-stacked pizza for $47

Is Late-Night Pizza Fresh?
Yes. The ovens stay on until close, and the kitchen serves the full menu the whole time. Late-night pizza is made the same way as lunch: the same 72-hour cold-fermented dough, stretched by hand and baked on the stone of our Baker's Pride deck oven.
As owner Frank Kabatas put it in his post about staying open late: “The clock doesn't change how we make pizza.”
Who Comes In After Midnight
Many kitchens close around midnight. We keep the ovens on until 4am, and 5am Thursday through Saturday, because the East Village is still out. In Frank's words: “New York never really sleeps, and neither should great pizza.”
After midnight the counter serves NYU students, hospital workers coming off shift, musicians after a gig, restaurant staff finishing late shifts, and visitors still exploring the city. Some grab a cheese slice before the subway; others share a whole pie after a night out.
Feeding a Group at 2am
- A whole 18-inch pie, 8 slices, starts at $27.99
- The Pizza Party Bundle: three 18-inch pies (cheese, pepperoni and Margherita) for $80
- The double-stacked pizza: two full pies baked as one, $47
Late-night favorites at the counter, in Frank's words: cheese, pepperoni, Buffalo chicken, Margherita, the Sicilian square and the double-stacked.
Late-Night on a Budget
- A cheese slice and a can of soda: $7.24 before tax
- Six garlic knots with marinara: $4.75
- Split an 18-inch cheese pie ($27.99) four ways: about $7 each for two slices
