What You Get for $4.99

Each slice is one-eighth of an 18-inch pie: thin in the middle, crisp at the edge and wide enough to fold the New York way.

The dough cold-ferments for 72 hours before it's stretched by hand and baked on the stone of a Baker's Pride gas deck oven, the same oven we've used since 2003. The sauce is simple and the mozzarella is fresh. Nothing comes from a bag or a freezer.

That's the same pizza at every hour we're open, from 11am until 4am, or 5am Thursday through Saturday.
