East Village Pizza started on the corner of 1st Avenue and 9th Street in Manhattan in 1997. In 2026 the same dough, the same oven technique, and the same recipe made the trip to The Meadows, Dubai — our first location outside New York.

Street parking is available on 1st Avenue. The closest garage is Icon Parking at 110 E 9th St. We recommend the subway — Astor Place (6 train) is a 4-minute walk, or 1st Avenue (L train) is a 3-minute walk.

No reservations needed — East Village Pizza is walk-in only for slices and whole pies. For large catering orders, call us at (212) 529-4545 to arrange.

What time does the kitchen close?+
We serve food until close — 4am Sunday through Wednesday and 5am Thursday through Saturday. Same menu all day and night.
